The hill country land trust is a nationally accredited land trust that holds 4 conservation easements approximating 1898 acres that are monitored annually. we work with landowners who are interested in conserving their land with a conservation easement. we particiapate in conservation education programs, presentations, publications and educational booths. our activities benefit hill country residents and visitors. during 2023 the 4 conservation easements were transferred to texas land conservancy. with the transfer of all easements the associations accredidation was allowed to expire on july 31, 2023 and was not renewed.
