Silver wings is a national charitable organization consisting of approximately one thousand former twa flight attendants. we consider ourselves stewards of aviation history, making personal appearances in vintage uniforms and preserving the image of what we believe was a unique moment in time. more importantly, however, the organization is a platform for raising funds to help preserve the history of aviation through support of the twa museum at 10 richards road and for the upkeep of the twa flight 800 memorial in new york. over the last year we have raised over 12,000 for both of these 501(c)(3) charities.
