San miguel community foundation (smcf) grants charitable funds for the benefit of san miguel de allende's most needy non-profit mexican charities. over 47 charities were given grants almost all with mexican association. we passthrough donations for civil associations in mexico with a charge fee of 5%. thank you to an endowment fund donated from tom mcmullin since 2002 we are able to give grants to the civil associations under specific projects.
