We are a subdivision home owner's association. our primary operational objectives are to manage and pay for weekly trash removal services and manage/pay for additional security patrols (as budget allows) thru our local constable. in addition, the hoa maintains an entrance signage area that requires landscaping, lighting, and sprinkler/water service. finally, we also have a website to facilitate communications to residents on information pertinent to our home owners.
