Our purpose for being formed was to accommodate young performing artist with professional goals a training ground and professional performance opportunities in st. tammany parish. cispa promotes the arts and offers a cultural exchange. offering educational opportunites to qualified students regardless of sex, race, religion of financial status. unfortunately the organization has not been very active for a while, however we have and will continue to maintain our stauts and hope to get things active soon!
