Sarasota Classic Car Museum INC

The sarasota classic car museum (sccm) exists to acquire, preserve and exhibit the evolutionary, dwindling cars of the 20th century. We seek to provide a foundation for scholarly research and learning programs that inspire an interest in and understanding of the impacts of the automobile upon life in america. The museum building is the same building from 1953 that was converted from the old stable design to a car barn with rustic beams and antique bronze lighting. Because it is the same building from 1953 being 50,000 square feet, it requires a lot of maintenance and upkeep. To stay operational, sccm needs to be able to recruit volunteer help, automobile donations and financial support to survive. Admission alone does not maintain the entire entity.
