1. To secure and give support in developing and implementing a resource conservation and development plan for the south florida area. 2. To serve as a clearing house for plans proposed by county resource conservation and development committees and to furnish information relatin to these matters. 3. To promote economic conditions in the are served by this organization through conservation, development and use of natural resources. 4. To work wih and assist all resource conservation and develoment sponsors in the developing and implementin their objectives and goals. 5. To coopoerate with and assist in implementing local and regional plans of other organizations and agencies beveficial to resource conservation and development in the area.
