Community care network, inc.(ccn) was organized for the purpose of providing enchanced health care access, medical education, health care information and medical resources to the uninsured, underinsured,under-served and under-privileged population of the montgomery and surrounding countries with a focus on elimination of health care disparities that exist between the various segments of society. Ccn utilizes volunteers, including physicians, nurses,dentists, nutritionists, therapists, etc. From the medical community of the various counties along with the support of and in conjuction with faith-based organizations. Ccn utilizes mobile clinics, staffed and equipped for examination rooms,triage areas and laboratory facilities, to travel to the rural communites that has otherwise limited access to needed health care services.
