North Texas Industry Liaison Group INC
North Texas Industry Liaison (NTILG) Group is a 501(c) (3) not-for profit network of professionals working in human resources, affirmative action, equal opportunity, and diversity in both the public and private industries. Since 1982, ILGs have emerged as an effective way of strengthening relationships between federal contractors and the OFCCP. Local ILGs offer a forum that encourages open communication between the two groups. Since ILG's inception, one prevailing goal has emerged-to work together towards equality in the workforce. NTILG uses the educational conference sessions as a platform for innovation in the field of human resource management. Meetings are every two months and open to the public. There are no dues.
