Francis home for children, inc. The corporation may engage in any lawful act or activity incidental to or connected with the foregoing purpose of the advancement thereof and shall enjoy all rights, powers and privileges provided in the statutes of the state ofconnecticut regulating the formation, organization and operation of non-stock corporations.
