Innocent men, women, and children are often the vistims during times of war and conflict. The purpose of aegis hearts & minds, inc. ("hearts & minds") is to identify and complete low-cost and high-impact community projects in hostile areas that assist with the reconstruction of the lives of these victims. Initially, hearts & minds has pursued projects in iraq and afghanistan. Examples of the type of projects we hope to complete include: (1) providing inoculations for children, (2) providing generators and medical supplies to hospitals and clinics, (3) renovating orphanages, (4) starting community sporting and counseling programs, (5) distributing clothes and toys to families, and (6) distributing water, desks and books to schools. Additional projects are added as needs arise and projects require funding.
