In 1985, the lincoln county junior miss scholarship program was established as an affilate of america's junior miss, inc. the purpose of the program i sto reconize you women in their senior year of high school. the program's competion is evaluated as follows: 20% scholarship, 25% talen.25% interview, 15% fitness and 15% self-expression. the evaluation is done by trained evaluatiors in the junior miss system. the cash scholarships are funded by donations from business and individuals, 100% raised by the lincoln county junior miss program goes to scholarships for the participants.
