The campbell county public library system provides print and non-print materials, reference services and public service programs to all residents of campbell county through its branches: cold springs, fort thomas, newport and through its extension services. Special emphasis is placed on providing popular materials for all ages to meet their recreational and informational needs, to support students at the elementary and secondary levels, to meet their educational needs and to stimulate young children's interest in and appreciation for reading and learning through pre-school and school aged children's preograms.
