It is the purpose of the c.A.T.C.H. fund to improve the community life and facilities in the creston area. the main intention shall be to assess the needs of the area and meet those needs with any assistance available. the c.A.T.C.H. fund shall provide a venue for creston community organizations in order that they may pursue non-profit enterprises, involving social, cultural, and community enrichment. it is the intention of the c.A.T.C.H. fund to participate fully in the development of facilities to extend services to youth groups and make available both grounds and buildings to support comprehensive services to the community of creston.
