Friends of Missing Child Center Hawaii
To support the mission of the hawaii state clearinghouse for missing children, also known as the "missing child center hawaii", created by section 28-121, hawaii revised statutes, by soliciting and otherwise raising funds and making grants to public and private agencies and other specific expenditures designed to facilitate the efforts of federal, state and county agencies to locate, recover, and protect missing children and to develop educational programs intended to prevent child abduction, enhance child safety, and raise public awareness about ways to prevent child abduction, molestation, and sexual exploitation.
