The purpose or purposes for which the association is organized is to promote mutual interest of the electrical protection industry; to foster cordial relations among the members; to stimulate wider and more extensive use of burglar alarms, fire alarms, and supervisory systems; to serve as a medium of exchange and dissemination to members of information applicable to the field of fire and burglar alarms; to cooperate with others on matters affecting the business and common interest of the members of the association; that the members be guided by a spirit of justice and honor in all their business activities and that they observe our code of ethics at all times.
