The objective of this corporation shall be (a) to acquire title to a certain tract or parcel of land in the subdivision known as "highland hills" in chesterfield county, virginia, on which tract of land there is now located a swimming pool; (b) to construct such other facilities on the said land as will furnish recretional facilities to the members of this corporation and their guests; (c) to maintain and operate the said swimming pool and recreational facilities for the exclusive use of the members of the corporation and their guests; and (d) to promote the civic interest and welfare of the community in a strictly non-partisan and non-political manner.
