From jails to jobs, inc. Is founded for charitable and educational purposes to assist ex-offenders in making the transition from jail or prison to become productive law abiding citizens and any and all efforts to assist them in acquiring a marketable skills and productive lifestyles by: providing referrals for job and life skills. Providing health education and support services to ex-offenders in conjunction with other nonprofit organizations or entities. Involvement with community development programs through ex-offender jobs, volunteerism and corporate sponsorship of neighborhood projects that will serve to reduce crime, drug use and hiv aids. To work alone or in conjunction with other entities, programs or efforts to assist in providing food, clothing and shelter for ex-offenders. To create any and all programs necessary for the positive transition of ex -offenders in becoming productive law abiding citizens.
