Overview

Mission

To provide educational services and quality improvement initiatives to improve pediatric health in Rhode Island.

What it reported doing in 2024

We have prioritized member engagement through various initiatives designed to foster collaboration and advocacy. Partnering with our children's hospital, we have continued quarterly town hall meetings to provide a platform for open dialogue between community and hospital-based providers. We reinvigorated our annual in-person meeting to strengthen community relationships and continued to build our advocacy committee to empower members to influence pediatric health policies. Additionally, our increased social media presence and direct communications keep members informed and engaged with timely updates. Weekly member updates ensure everyone stays connected and informed, reinforcing our commitment to enhancing child health outcomes together.

Operating model

Revenue model
Donor-supported. 100% of the money available for current operations came from contributions and gifts.
Distribution model
Direct operator. The filing allocates 100% of reported program-service expenses outside its grant, affiliate-payment, and member-benefit lines. This expense classification does not rule out separately announced grant awards.
