The church was established to worship god and proclaim the gospel of jesus christ through the means of bible instruction and fellowship among the members and visitors, and through involvement in the needs of society. church routine activities are conducted on a weekly basis. the operation of lcec is governed by the coworkers committee, which consists of 9 volunteers elected every year by regular church members. all coworkers committee members must review and approve the form 990 before its filing with irs. the coworkers committee performs an annual review of the conflict of interest policy on our church minister and the church governing body. lcec's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements including the form 990 are stored in the church's library, and made available for public reviews at all time.
