The primary purpose of jacob's playground is the development, organization and delivery of a community playground in the community of rockford mn. jacob's playground provides a safe place and structure for children of the community to play and to honor jacob birznieks and other young children who passed away before being able to experience the joy of playing on a community playground. jacob's playground will bring children and families together in a warm, inviting atmosphere of play and will be an important asset to the entire rockford, mn community and visitors to the area. we want it to serve as a model and inspiration for other families and communities to follow our lead and build playgrounds that nurture youth development and enhance family bonds.
