The purpose of this foundation shall be to ensure the future of three rivers fine & performing arts programs and assist the directors and student members with any worthwhile undertaking or venture that would promote, support, and benefit the fine & performing arts programs of taylor high school, taylor middleschool, and three rivers elementary school,including but not limited to affiliated groups: instrumental music, vocal music, theater arts, general music, and visual arts and all of their affiliate groups.Such assistance shall be done without attempting to direct the functions or policies of the board of education, the administration, or its teachers.
