Primary exempt purpose (part iii)better together ministries (btm) primary exempt purpose is to create, establish, and operate a christian ministry to proclaim jesus christ, to bring people to know him, and to otherwise encourage and aid the growth, nurture, and spread of the christian religion, as the lord directs. the organization accomplishes this primarily by working directly with churches, or other faith-based non-profit organizations, to hold christian unifying events such as music tours, events, and conferences, all with a focus on jesus, family, community, and unity within the church. additionally, this organization may engage in any activities that are reasonably related to or in furtherance of its christian purpose. exempt purpose achievements (part iii, line 28)2016 was a year of thoughtful planning and development in order to solidify new and impactful events, to further our charitable purpose by reaching those in need. we have partnered with kids around the world, a non-profit that restores opportunity for children to enjoy the kind of play that leads to an encounter with father god in communities devastated by war or poverty. btm and kids around the world, in late 2017, will be building playgrounds for two villages (approx 200 villagers, 1/2 of which are kids) on banqa island in fiji. btm will be bringing school supplies and medical aid as well to these villages, and share the love of our god with these villagers. exempt purpose achievements (part iii, line 29)btm will be sponsoring a 2-day skate camp in san clemente in mid-2017, as a way in which to bring approx 50 local kids in to build their own skate board deck, learn from instructors in an intro to skating class, and hear a message about the saving grace of god, and how much our lord loves each and every one of them, and hear a personal testimony of gods love.
