The biggest little city movement is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable,educational and scientific purposes as a "public charity" described in section 509(a)(l) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or successor provisions of any subsequent federal law (the "code") and the regulations promulgated thereunder as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended (the "regulations"). the biggest little city movement is organized and will at all times be dedicated to revitalizing and enhancing the cities of reno and sparks. the biggest little city movement aims to improve the perception of the reno/sparks area by repositioning the focus on the two cities. the biggest little city movement will provide funds to support education, beautification, and spur ideas for enhancing the reno/sparks area stature and reputation through speaking events, conventions and organized dialogues.
