To hold real property for the exclusive use of goodwill industries/easter seals of the gulf coast, inc. and gordon smith center, inc. ges title holding corporation will collect rents from goodwill easter seals, beginning in january of 2015. ges title holding company will pay all expenses related to the operation and financing of the real properties and turn over all excess, if any, to goodwill easter seals for continuation of its mission, described below. goodwill easter seals began operations in the subject properties in october of 2013 and will continue to expand. any excess not accruing to goodwill easter seals shall be distributed to gordon smith center, inc. for its mission of housing entities serving people with disabilities. to obtain financing to improve real property and leasehold improvements for the exclusive use of goodwill industries/easter seals of the gulf coast, inc. and gordon smith center, inc. this will allow goodwill easter seals to expand its mission of "empowering people through encouragement, education and employment." specifically, such improvements will enable people to: 1) prepare for, take and pass the ged 2) obtain job skills and prepare for interviews, leading to employment 3) encourage social interaction and activities for adults with disabilities improvements on existing properties commenced in october of 2013 and financing commenced in december of 2013.
