Key assets foundation is actively involved in both the service of children in out-of-home care and the evidencing of those outcomes. effectiveness of foster care and the provision of supports along the continuum of care become the primary functions of this organization. key assets will engage in research and service to promote more effective and efficient care. this development and evidencing of these outcomes will not be limited to internal research and evaluation, but may be extended to larger cohorts of children and youth as well as programming provided by any agency interested in this model of 1) service provision 2) evaluation 3) revision 4) replication. key assets will advocate for models that maintain children in their communities of origin or as close as safely possible. key assets will utilize its research to assist agencies and government in putting together evidence based models for children in foster care.
