Save the st croix fishery was formed with the intent of serving as a charitable,educational and scientific organization. Specifically, save the st croix fisherys purpose of preserving the integrity of the aquatic life which naturally inhabits the st croix river and its headwaters including, but not limited to, landlocked salmon, rainbow smelt, smallmouth bass and the threatened tomah mayfly. Organizational purpose will be achieved through initiatives designed to protect habitat and maintain environmental quality of the st croix river.
