Part iii: organizations primary exempt pupose: we are a member-based community of artists and businesses who promote all forms of art through events, showcases and education. part iii, line 28: events: first friday and second saturday are open house/outdoor events held to increase visibility of our artist members to the greater community. in 2022 we held nine first friday and six second saturday events with an average of 650 and 50 persons respectively attending. part iii, line 29: galleries: two art galleries are available to members to showcase their work for sale as well as hold classes, demonstrations and member meetings. explanation statement for late filing: organization did not timely file request for extension due to tax preparer family emergency in may of 2024. also, all board and management positions of the organization are staffed by unpad volunteers. the organization wll ensure that future filings we be filed in a timely manner.
