Urban seed xchange exists to enrich the lives of urban youth through entrepreneurship. we do this through three specific ways. develop---we assist in the development of leaders through business education, character building, financial literacy, and hands on job training. create---we create opportunities for youth to use their gifts and abilities in beneficial ways. we do this through different business opportunities, vision trips, mission trips, and enrichment activities. empower---we help to empower youth by allowing them to create, operate, and manage usx sponsored businesses, as well as invest back into other youth involved with our programs.
