Thomas charities is a christian organization whose mission is to encourage and empower those without resources to achieve community sustainability in east africa. we develop agricultural projects for women/widows, provide primary school fees for orphans, literacy programs for adults, scholarships for school-age students to secondary school, vocational school/higher education, drill and repair community water wells, operate a medical and maternity center, and teach christian education. the majority of our work is in extreme rural areas of uganda.
