Expert initiatives foundation (eif) will create and offer lectures, conferences and discussion groups designed to educate people about the culture and history of various european countries as well as on various complex social and political dynamics faced by those countries. eif will promote the exchange of ideas between professionals and leaders in the u.S. with their counterparts in specific countries. eif is planning weekend classes, similar to "after school programs" for bulgarian children and youth in the united states to teach them about bulgarian culture, language, history and art. the general public will benefit from eif's educational and cultural programs by learning about history, music, dance, art, and theater as well as experiencing cultural festivities.
