(a) To act and operate exclusively as a nonprofit corporation pursuant to the laws, and to act and operate as a charitable organization to promote the practice of yoga for individuals regardless of age, physical or mental capacity, and to educate all people as to physical and mental health benefits associated with the practice of yoga. (b) To engage in any and all activities and pursuits, and to support or assist such other organizations, as may be reasonably related to the foregoing and following purposes. Specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be to: (c) Provide educational seminars, workshops and classes to individuals, groups and corporate entities to emphasize and promote the practice of yoga and its benefits, which provides positive techniques to promote health and mental well-being; (d) Encourage yoga be made available for people who can not afford private classes; (e) Sponsor educational seminars and classes for children, to emphasize positive lifes
