Our purpose and mission is to research the topic of diversity and educate individuals and corporations of the movement to foster a more diverse workforce, we will engage in a global dialogue amongst our members consisting of but not limited to the following parts: 1) blog, 2) discussions by comment in groups or by individuals, 3) participation in research projects as deemed appropriate, 4) contribution of ideas, blog posts and external articles/research, 5) mentoring/development/workshops for members and 6) networking events to result in changes to corporate diversity in but not limited to the following ways: 1) research conclusions forming the basis of our messaging, 2) developmental activities and learning interventions for individuals and/or internal corporate diversity initiatives, 3) mentoring and development of diverse leaders from both genders and 4) keynote speeches, events and celebrations of the success in diversity metrics amongst our members.Membership will consist of a) in
