Mission

To provide assistance free of charge to people interested in learning Falun Dafa a self-cultivation practice of Buddha School; to host the Shen Yun Performing Arts shows because traditional Chinese culture has deep spiritual core values of reverence for the divine benevolence propriety tolerance and other virtues.

For FYE 6 30 2025 GPFDA hosted the Shen Yun Performing Arts for 6 performances in Philadelphia PA and 3 performances in Pittsburgh PA. Altogether there were 9 performances and 11,952 live audiences. Both short-term and long-term objectives are to revive the traditional Chinese civilization by ways of promoting the Shen Yun Performing Arts. Cultivation of virtues and improvement of moral characters were distilled from the 5000-year ancient civilization via historical stories myths and legends. Shen Yun Performances bring stories alive on stage through classical Chinese dances folk and ethnic dances opera singing dynamic backdrops and live orchestra.
