The organizations exempt purpose is to advance the cause of secondary and technical education and to foster a beneficial relationship between the upper cape cod regional technical school, a commonwealth of massachusetts regional vocational technical secondary school supported by the member communities of bourne, falmouth, marion, sandwich and wareham, the aforementioned member communities it serves, and the schools alumni and friends, to fund local programs and activities that will benefit the welfare of the residents of the municipalities served by the upper cape cod regional technical school; and, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as tax-exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
