Parent Allies For Student Success
The primary purpose of PASS is to assist up to 200 families, over a five year period to negotiate and advocate more effectively for their children's education and learning. PASS participation will enable families to have the information necessary to : 1) access school suports and services, 2) assist their students progress through school, 3) prepare themselves and their children for successful education and post-secondary education. The primary task will be to recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to serve as Allies to parents. PASS will recruit, train , and supervise up to 100 volunteer allies over the five year period.
