The ringer center of excellence (rce) was founded by boris s. & nattlie j. ringer in 2003. our mission is to educate, empower, and equip individuals with the tools necessary to compete globally and create a sustainable lifestyle. we have served more than 80,000 adults and youth since our inception. our services promote self-sufficiency, social adaptability, and self-empowerment. we do not discriminate; we work with corporations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, community-based organizations, and individuals. our goal is to help those in need.
