The purpose of the organization is to serve the members and to support and further the goals and purposes of afe including the following: a to maintain a good standing as a chapter of afe b to study and perpetuate principles and methods for successful creation, operation and maintenance of facilities and service operated by them c to create a forum through local meetings and seminars as well as publications, for the continuing discussion and dissemination of information pertinent to all aspects of creating and operating facilities d to promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the profession e to unite those engaged in the recognized sectors of facility engineering for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interests.
