Lowell community health center's mission is to provide caring, quality, and culturally competent health services to the people of greater lowell, regardless of their financial status; to reduce health disparities and enhance the health of the greater lowell community; and to empower each individual to maximize their overall well-being.

Primary carelowell community health center offers adult, family medicine, pediatric services, eye care, and dental services, with a commitment to quality, culturally appropriate care. To that end, we provide certified medical interpretation in more than 28 languages with other languages addressed telephonically or via ipad. Medical specialties include podiatry, nutrition, and general surgery. Lowell chc also offers comprehensive obstetrics, gynecology and family planning services with care provided by doctors who have delivery privileges at lowell general hospital. Our patient walk-in center is available for patients who need to be seen when their primary care doctor is not available. With a strong commitment to cultural competency, lowell chc understands the importance of coordinating health care among different medical and behavioral health providers. We help patients find specialists, set up appointments, and make sure each medical provider has all the information needed to provide care that meets individual needs. Lowell chc is open six days a week, including saturday and evening hours with on-call providers available when the health center is closed.
