Part iii: organizations primary exempt purpose: primary exempt purpose - women in film & video new england (wifvne) is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the accomplishments of women working in the film, video and new media industries. wifvne provides an educational forum for media professionals and a valuable network for exchange of ideas and resources. wifvne offers no cost or low cost events for its members and its community. wifvne is operated by an all volunteer board of directors. while wifvne's purpose is to support women, men are welcome and encouraged to participate and share in the organization's mission. wifvne works to promote proactive images of women to the public and to empower all women in film and video to achieve their professional potential. wifvne is a member of an umbrella group called women in film & television international (wifti). wifti is a global network comprised of some 44 women in film organizations worldwide and more than 13,000 members dedicated to advancing professional development and achievement for women working in an areas of film, video, and other screen-based media. part iii, line 28 wifvnes annual meeting and conference is a public celebration of women and underrepresented voices in film, video, and media. the event features acclaimed speakers and interactive networking, fostering connection and creative exchange among new england's film & entertainment community. it empowers diverse talent, highlights regional cultural richness and commitment to equity, allows collaboration, and strengthens the local film and media community. it also creates a safe haven for those who might fall out of the mainstream. incorporation of arts, humanities, or sciences. the event centers on storytelling as an artistic and humanistic practice, showcasing diverse creatives, exploring how storytelling shapes and drives social impact, and promoting inclusion and innovation. audience: creatives, students, emerging artists, and community members passionate about storytelling and the arts. approximately 300 attendees. pt 1: line 2: annual meeting revenue is calculated (included) in this line: $7,160 is the annual mtg portion pt 1: line 16: description: annual meeting expenses: $15,034
