Macril, inc.S primary purpose since inception has been to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently. we endeavor to provide support to such adults and their families and caregivers so that each adult who is intellectually or developmentally challenged may experience independent living, expand his or her horizons, and have the opportunity to reach his/her full potential. we assist with implementing residential programs that are set up as condominiums with full-time staffing that permit groups of disabled adults to function as independently as possible in a cooperative living situation. we have supported, and continue to support, parents and guardians of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in starting more than thirteen private group homes in the new england area based on this concept. we have funded programs targeted to such adults, their parents and guardians that provide resources and guidance on the legal, financial, psyc
