Project Self Sufficiency Treatment
Our primary purpose for existence is to assist pregnant and parenting teens in learning proper parenting techniques. We provide this service in order to lessen the incidents of child abuse and child neglect. We believe that children are the future of our great nation and they need proper care, attention and teaching in the early years of their lives pays great dividends in developing well-adjusted, confident and reasonable adults. Unfortunately, many teen parents are unable to provide this care and attention. We provide services to the teen parents to cover this void. We provide food, shelter, childcare, psychological counseling, mentoring, medical and any other care the teen parents and the children need or desire. We encourage the teen parents to go to school and obtain a degree or diploma for financial stability in the future.
