The saint paul covenant (tspc) exists to create an attractive, healthy, stable, safe and vibrant east side community in which all people, especially our most vulnerable members, have the opportunity to enhance their lives and the lives of others. we collaborate with our neighborhood schools and other community partners and funders to provide quality programming for children and youth, focusing primarily on k-12 education, the creative arts, nutrition and vocational exploration. it is our hope that as we impact the lives of young people and their families, we are helping to transform the east side of saint paul, one child at a time.
