The aspen medical group (amg) is a wholly owned subsidiary of allina health system. allina health system (allina) together with its subsidiaries is dedicated to meeting the lifelong healthcare needs of communities throughout minnesota and western wisconsin. amg is a multi-specialty group practice that owns and operates over 10 physician clinics employing over 160 providers with over 100,000 patient visits annually. amg also provides geriatric support to over 35 nursing homes.Allina and its subsidiaries provide a full range of primary and specialty health care services including technically advanced inpatient and outpatient care, 24-hour emergency care, medical transportation, pharmacy, laboratory, home care and hospice services. because of its charitable mission, allina and its subsidiaries provide these health care services as well as educational and wellness programs to community members regardless of their ability to pay for services.
