The purpose of this organization shall be to engage in activities which improve, foster, promote and develop the policies and educational 4-h programs of eau claire county; provide an opportunity for the leaders and parents/guardians of eau claire county 4-h clubs to unite and coordinate their educational activities and programs; provide financial support for advancement of 4-h educational activities and programs (i.E. trips, camps, project training, recognition, etc.). the above stated purposes shall be carried out in cooperation with the university extension personnel and the agricultural and extension committee of the eau claire county board.
