The Ann Arbor Jaycees Foundation is to promote education and community involvement through charitable mean. We allow organizations in Washtenaw County who run purely charitable events to partner with us. As a tax-exenpt 501 (c) orgranization, we can serve as the fiscal agent to allow donations to the event to be tax-deductible. The Ann Arbor Foundation maintains an Endowment Fund and participates in fundraisers to add to its principal. The proceeds made from investing in ths fund are then used for monetary frants to start or inprove worthy community service events and projects. Grant recipients has included The Ann Arbor Jaycees, The Education Project for Homeless Youth, The Youth Empowerment Project, The Neutral Zone, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washtenaw County.
