The purpose of this association is to be a nonprofit association of farmers cooperating with other farm organizations, other farm business farm management associations and with the college of agricultural, consumer and environmental sciences of the univesity of illinois and with the university of illinois extension service to promote efficient farm management through an extension, research and service program, and otherwise to promote the agricultural welfare of farmers in illinois, provided the association shall not engage in the practice of public accounting.
