The purpose of this trust is to provide benevolence including, but not limited to, financial assistance to defray expenses for medical care and treatment, hospitalization, funeral services, and burial of members in good standing and worthy former members of the thoroughbred racing association of oklahoma, their spouses and children, and their licensed backstretch personnel, as defined herein and as permitted by law, on a case-by case basis in the sole and absolute discretion of the trustees of this trust.
