This trust will fund educational programs in the field of real estate and includes: (a)the encouragement of the development of graduate programs of professional training in real estate at institutions with well established departments in related fields such as city planning, economics, geography, political science and sociology. (b)the encouragement of professional training in business organizations approved by the trustees, provided that such training be sponsored and approved by universities for academic credit in the real estate department. (c) encouragement to students who wish to seek graduate education in the field of real estate. (d)encouragement of research at academic institutions leading to the improvement of academic education in real estate and to the instruction of the public on real estate subjects beneficial to the community. (e)encouraging, developing or facilitating other real estate-related research, publication, programs, or activities.
