The objects and purposes of this corporation shall be as follows: 1. to solicit and accept gifts of real and personal property or both from private individuals, associations and corporations, and to accept gift advices, and bequests or real or personal property or both, and to hold and administer the same for the use of cass county historical society. 2. to accept, own, buy or sell and convey real and personal property of historical interest and cause same to be operated by this corporation alone or in conjunction with the cass county historical society or any other person or legal entity. 3. to work for the endowment, continuance, development, and extension of the work of the cass county historical society so as to give the work of said society as great of degee of usefulness as possible.
